One down.. bunches others left to go.....

I've always got some sort of project going on. Invariably, there are multiple projects, in various stages of finished, sitting around waiting for me to get back to them. Whether it be painting some room in the house, illustrating, composing music or putting together random decorations for my very most favorite holiday, there is always something going on in between all the activities of my bustling life.

Way back in 2008, one of my very talent brothers made a bunch of beads for my bridesmaids and me. However, in addition to those fantastic beads, I asked him for another one that I thought was especially great

I actually added the wire that made it into a pendant when I first got the other beads, almost exactly a year ago. Those necklaces have long been complete, but this final bead had just been waiting for a distinctive chain to compliment it perfectly.

This bead has a little spot of brown amidst the blue, my brother actually wasn't greatly pleased with that. (he'd been trying to add another color glass, but the combination made a brown spot)
But I thought it added interest, and I liked it!

Finally, the other day, I found a chain that worked and now it's all assembled and fulfilling it's measure of creation.
