The TASTE!

It's that time of year again! Townshend and I caught the train downtown to meet up with Hubby. We got there a little before him, so we entertained ourselves for a while.

Once we'd all met up, we then, skirting a political rally, walked over to Grant Park for the Taste.

Townshend was much more fun this year; he's a much more adventurous eater than he was a year ago. Here he's having his first taste of alligator:

Initially, he wasn't sure about this whole thing, but he actually enjoyed the alligator as well as some pizza and other things.

After seeing some sights for a bit, we called it a night and headed home. I love this city!
