Due to some massive driving around and other craziness (plus chilly weather), we've not been outside with the camera much this week. However, this paying-attention-to-the-weather-so-I-can-post-something-interesting these past couple weeks has drawn my eye to the progression of the growth of the leaves in my neighborhood.
The first week we went out, the trees were just barely budding. The next week, there were noticeably more leaves and green-ness all around. This week seems to be the seeding week.
All over the neighborhood, seed pods are falling from the trees like a fine dusting of snow:
