Upgrades

So, a while back, I blogged about having to get up on the roof of our building and even snapped a picture to prove it:

We actually had multiple roofers come out that day to check out our roof and estimate repairs. I don't know much about roofs but I'd never been on the roof before; I was just there for the experience.

I got to be the lucky go-to person for all the potential roofers, which meant that I got to hear from each of them and get their impressions on what needed to be done. It was nothing serious; no internally leaking water or anything.. mostly it was just standard routine maintenance. I listened to them all and later, went to the condo board with my recommendation about which option to take. Eventually, a decision was made and the repairs were done.

I'm glad the repairs are complete, I'll sleep better knowing that the roof is newly sealed. However, I'm more glad that the roofers took pictures of their progress - before, during and after. Check out their handy work!

I know I'm impressed!
