So, back in June of 2009, there was this guy in Norway who had a friend who didn't think he could collect 1 million giraffes before 2011. He turned to the internet and it didn't let him down. He got his million!! See his story here.
He even compiled them all into a book! Sweeeeeeeet. He says "It's 32 pages with mosaics, so it contains nearly all the giraffes in the collection. It's kinda like those 'Where's Waldo?' books, except you'll be looking for your giraffe."
I'm not going to lie; I kind of want that book.
Anyway, so I, caught up in the idea of being part of something bigger than I am, submitted two entries, totaling six giraffes:
This one he contacted me to make sure it was really my own creation,
so I sent him a picture of me holding the stencil.. he was convinced.
