Fourth of July Feast

For the holiday weekend, my Hubby and I visited my folks and they just had gotten a new grill. So, when it came to meal time, our focus for the weekend was all things grilled - which was perfectly alright with me!

Of course, there were brats, hamburgers and hot dogs, however, there was also more exotic (and more delicious) fare as well:

grilled zucchini (later to be topped with feta)

sliced tomatoes topped with garlic and herb feta

grilling some salmon
