Most of the time, I'm good and bring my lunch to work. However, every now and then, I'll treat myself to lunch out. Downtown, in the area near where I work, there are all sorts of options around; a regular smorgasbord of places to eat: Mediterranean, French, Mexican, Thai, Greek, cozy American comfort foods... but today I had a hankering for Panda Express; I love me some Orange Chicken.
So there I was, hanging out in the indoor food court by the Panda Express, munching on my chow mein, when suddenly three little birdies (sparrows perhaps? wrens??) swooped down onto the recently vacated table to my left and helped themselves to the left-over crumbs. Guess the recent dip in temperature around here has driven the little birdies indoors.
